I am probably the least qualified cook on this big blue planet to write a guide to cooking. I never went to culinary school. I never worked in a kitchen. I often cook drunk. I rarely follow a recipe and never measure my ingredients. I consider myself an adventure cooker, kinda like an adventure racer. My finest meals are defined by many obstacles and little time. I am rarely more proud than when I have created something mostly edible from some aging ingredients collecting dust in the nether-regions of my pantry.
