Jessica Baxter lives in a 1951 mid-century modern ranch home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She co-habitates with her husband, Clint, her son, Hugh, her Boston Terrorist, Frank and her adopted-cat, Lily.
This website was born of the need to publicly display a very attractive picture of herself and an inflated sense of culinary talent. (Photograph by Che’ Graves)
Jessica enjoys Scrabble, driving her Volvo station wagon, bargain-slumming at the local thrift stores, speaking Spanish, drinking manhattans, traveling with her family and playing the part of the devoted housewife. She graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2005 with a degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and has proudly used her degree to become a bartender, a raft guide, a waitress, a make-up artist, an executive for the Boy Scouts of America and now a wanna-be teacher.
Jessica looks forward to abandoning all of these pursuits upon signing her first contract with the Food Network, or the New Yorker, whichever calls dibs first.
